WHO IS PLB?

After 8 years in advertising, learning from iconic brands such as British Airways, BMW, TAG Heuer and Procter & Gamble, Pierre-Laurent made his mark at Nike, where he worked for 22 years. He has led marketing efforts across a number of Nike’s major Brand transformations, such as the global launch of Nike Football, the consumer-centric Nike categories realignment and the relaunch of the Nike Women Business.

More recently, as VP Global Member Services, he played a pivotal role in Nike’s bold Direct-to-Consumer digital reset by leading the development & global launch of Nike's Membership program, which has attracted more than 300m members to date.

A strong supporter of gender diversity, Pierre-Laurent was executive sponsor of the Male Ally Program, in partnership with Women Of Nike. Today, he is on the strategic Committee of The League Of Badass Women, a community working to develop the post-gendered workplace & model of leadership. Recently, Pierre-Laurent has also helped set up a new membership program for Shine, a UK-based coaching company empowering women around the World to help achieve greater gender balance at the top.

In 2018, Pierre-Laurent started PLB LAB, a consulting company founded to supercharge innovation & growth in high potential Brands. Since launch, he has engaged with a range of local & global clients across a diverse set of growth challenges & industries.

"PLB"s strategic work ranges from on-going business advisory leadership, to angel investing, brand advisory consultation, hands-on brand foundation reset work and digital membership transformations. An ICF Associate Certified Coach, Pierre-Laurent also offers Executive Coaching to high potential leaders, and teaches Ideation at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
